We recommend a basic tune-up every 6 months or around 1200–2000 km, depending on your riding habits and usage intensity.
How do I reduce the chances of tyre punctures?
Keep your tyres properly inflated, inspect them before each ride, and use a suitable tyre sealant where appropriate.
Do you stock branded e-bike parts?
Yes. We stock selected parts and can also help source components for brands such as EZYGO, Jimove, Drive, Mobot, and more.
Do you service electric components and batteries?
Yes. We service or replace original brand electric components and batteries, subject to assessment and parts availability.
Are parts and installation fees included?
No. Parts, accessories, and installation fees are not included unless otherwise stated.
Do you service electric motorcycles or electric scooters?
No. Electric motorcycles and electric scooters are not serviceable by WAREHOUSESG.
Is diagnostic or troubleshooting included in the package?
Diagnostic and troubleshooting time for e-bikes will be billed hourly if deeper technical investigation is required.
