Sign & pay
Sign your agreement online and make your first payment ($370 for Used or $550 for New). -
Home delivery
We deliver the e-bike to your registered address. Please show your original NRIC on handover. -
Own it
After your 12th monthly payment, the e-bike is yours and we refund your initial payment.
Your initial payment comes back to you.
Complete all 12 months: the e-bike becomes yours and we refund your initial payment ($150 for Used, $300 for New).
End early after 3 months: once you have completed 3 monthly payments, you may end the agreement by bringing the e-bike back to our store yourself. If it is returned in good condition with all parts, battery and charger, we will refund your initial payment, subject to the e-bike's condition on return.
Minimum term: 3 months. If you end the agreement within the first 3 months, the monthly payments for the full 3 months remain payable.
The initial payment is not refunded if the agreement is terminated due to late payment and we have to collect the e-bike. The $70 admin & delivery fee and monthly payments made are non-refundable.
Late payment
If any monthly payment is more than 7 days overdue, WarehouseSG may terminate the agreement and recover the e-bike. In that case, no payments made (including the initial payment) will be refunded, and you will be charged the following recovery costs:

About you
- Full name, mobile number and email
- Residential address in Singapore (delivery address)
- NRIC – front and back
- Latest 3 months of CPF contribution history
- Latest 3 months of bank statements
- Original NRIC to be shown at delivery
Your guarantors & emergency contacts
- 2 guarantors – name, mobile and email of each. Each guarantor will be asked to upload their NRIC (front and back) and sign their consent
- 2 emergency contacts – people we may reach if we cannot get in touch with you (must be different from your guarantors)
- Each person will receive a link by email to confirm they agree
- Please let them know before you apply
Your personal data is collected solely to assess your application and administer your agreement, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Common questions
When does the e-bike become mine?
Ownership is transferred to you after all 12 monthly payments have been made, and we refund your initial payment at the same time. Until then, the e-bike remains the property of WarehouseSG.
Is the initial payment refundable?
Yes. It is refunded after you complete all 12 months, or if you end the agreement early after 3 months and bring the e-bike back to our store in good condition. It is not refunded if the agreement is terminated due to late payment.
What is the $70 fee for?
It covers administration and delivery of the e-bike to your registered home address, where we check your NRIC on handover. This fee is non-refundable.
Can I end the agreement early?
Yes, but the minimum term is 3 months. If you end it within the first 3 months, the payments for the full 3 months are still payable. After 3 monthly payments, bring the e-bike back to our store yourself and we will refund your initial payment, subject to its condition.
What happens if I pay late?
If a payment is more than 7 days overdue, we may terminate the agreement and recover the e-bike. No payments will be refunded and recovery costs of $320 apply (admin fee $100, transport $70, collection fee $150).
What do I need on delivery day?
Please be at your registered address with your original NRIC. We will check it against your application before handing over the e-bike. If we cannot verify your identity, the e-bike will not be handed over.
Why do I need guarantors and emergency contacts?
Because you start riding before the e-bike is fully paid for, we ask for 2 guarantors and 2 emergency contacts. Each of them will receive a link to confirm their consent, and guarantors will upload their NRIC, before your application is approved.
How do I pay the monthly instalments?
After approval, we will set up your monthly payment and send you the details together with your agreement.
