Refund Policy

We don’t have a return policy, which means that items once sold are non-refundable.

Policies governing sales of all new and old e-bikes, PMA, PMDs, PABs, Bikes:

  •  Products are shipped by Warehouse SG after full inspection
  • Only exchanges are possible, provided we are fully satisfied that the concern was not customer-created

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
